Hi hi hi!

So on Saturday I attended a Lush event at my local lush store (Lakeside, west Thurrock) to celebrate the Easter range. It was super fun exploring their new larger store and how to use the new products.

The Easter range consists of one bath jelly, two bubble bars, three bath bombs, one bath bomb melt, one soap, one silk wrap and five gift packages.

So let’s get cracking (see what I did there 😉 … )

The first is a bath jelly:
Bouncy bunny

This is a super fresh and citrus scent with uplifting hints of mandarin and tangerine (if you’re a lush fan, it smells exactly like the bright side bubble bar!). There are lots of ways to use this, you can either use it as a whole or chop it up into little pieces and use them as you go – either way, it’ll last you for a long time!

Up next is the bubble bars:

Bunch of carrots

This super fun bubble bar is a little unusual and so easy to use! Each carrot gives about 5 baths meaning around 15 baths! To make your bath a bubble haven, hold the carrots by their stems and run under the tap whilst your bath is filling up. Depending on what one you use, your bath will get super bubbly and transform in colour!

Ultraviolet Bubble Bar

This great little number smells EXACTLY like Parma violets! Similarly to the bunch of carrots this product will last you for at least 5-10 baths dependant on how much you use. Take a small amount and crumble it under the running tap. Next swirl your bath all around making sure that the little crumbled pieces melt in (it also makes a super cool pattern). Next, sink into the bubbles and embrace the fact that your bathroom now smells like a sweet shop.

Next stop: bath bombs!

Humpty Dumpty
This super fun bath bomb gets to work as soon as it touches the water, creating a blue fizz. It has fresh scents of bergamot and orange oil -fruity! The super cool surprise is that when Humpty Dumpty cracks open (likely from his fall) there’s a little egg inside!

Which Came First?
Was it the chicken or the egg? This fun bath bomb creates a bright pink fizz with lemon and grapefruit oil combined with super sweet vanilla! The egg-cellent thing about this bath bomb is that due to its size you can enjoy it for up to three baths!

Fluffy Egg
This little pink egg is a bundle of sweetness! It’s super fast acting and infused with little flowers that will float round your tub. The best thing is, you’ll smell like a giant marshmallow… Something like the Easter bunny maybe?

A super cool sister to the bath bombs are the melts…mmm dreamy.
The Golden Egg
Super glittery, super chocolatey, and slow melting…giving you an excuse for a long soak. This egg is filled with fair trade cocoa and olive oil making your skin feel soft as butter. Trust me, you won’t want to leave your bathroom it smells that good!

Over The Rainbow
This super colourful soap is an unusual musky scent from lush. It’s definitely a desired smell, but as with all lush soaps it’ll last for the long run!

Not only did Funlola and Guy host an amazing presentation of the Easter products, they also showed us skincare and haircare -there is so much to know! They advised to never feel shy when entering the store, often its easy to get overwhelmed by the products and know what to buy. That’s where the super helpful sales assistants come in, they’re trained on ALL ingredients and even take a trip to the factory where all products are handmade.

All Easter products are listed below, and are on the website too in case you can’t make it down to a store!

Here are some photos of the store: enjoy!

Thank you again to Lush Lakeside for the amazing event and a special thanks to Guy and Funlola for sharing their knowledge.

Spot on with this write-up, I really believe that
this site needs considerably more attention. I’ll
more likely be returning to discover more, thanks for
    the advice!
